All Committees, Councils, and Board Officers Have an Email Address for Committee Communication.

While Users are not Expected to Send All Email from their Email Address, they are expected to tag the email address (CC it) so that all current committee communications/documents are stored in there and it effectively acts as a data store for all committee activities.  This also eases the transition for all involved when the annual succession planning takes place.
